I remember the first time that I heard a portion of Amber’s story. It was almost impossible to believe as her testimony did not at all match the person who was standing in front of me. Her eyes were bright with light and her smile permeated every word. Even her movements rebounded with childlike joy. The wretched person she was describing was clearly dead, buried and gone—she had been rescued by someone; Jesus was His name!

Amber is an anointed prophetic carrier of the Gospel with a calling to declare the finished work of the Cross. For this reason, I encouraged her to write down the story of her old life so that she could spend her ‘living words’ revealing the glorious secrets of the Bridegroom’s love for this lost world. It is an honor having Amber as my intern, and I pray to always be able to guide her in her union with the Crucified One. Her Bridegroom and lover of her soul.
